General terms and Conditions of Mandeville Paper GmbH
Scope and Validity
These general terms and conditions are valid for all orders with Mandeville Paper GmbH. With the sending off of the order, the general terms and conditions are accepted.
Offer
Normally, the offered products are available. In case of orders beyond the availability of the article, we consider the sequence of the orders. Is your chosen article not available any more, you may choose another article of the same product-line or withdraw the order. Already paid amounts will be transferred to an account of your naming immediately.
Representation of Colours
The actual colour of the product may vary from the picture in the webshop. Colours on your screen are an interpretation of the graphic card in your computer and can vary from computer to computer. You cannot claim compensation of account of these slight variations of colour.
Price
The stated prices are in Swiss francs not including postage.
Should you pay in EUR, USD or another currency, Pay-pal will convert the Swiss francs into your currency.
We reserve the right to change the prices anytime. Current orders are not affected by those adjustments.
Confirmation
An executed order is binding. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Payment and Delivery
We only deliver against advance payment (Pay-pal, bank-transfer). Immediately after having received the monies, we will send off the goods.
There is no guarantee the products will arrive on specific dates (Christmas, birthdays) and you cannot claim compensation for late deliveries.
Delivery is at the risk of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for lost shipments.
Packaging
The products are packed in sturdy, tried and tested cardboard-envelopes.
Customs Duty and Taxes
Customs duty, dues, taxes and so forth, arising from cross-border shipments are at the expense of the customer.
Defects and Responsibility
A defect has to be reported by electronic or traditional mail immediately upon receiving the article. You will receive an immaculate article in exchange with the faulty one. We will carry the cost of such a return-shipment.
Slight variation of the colour of the product with the photos on the website, the size of the article or the general make-up of the article are no grounds for complaints.
We take the utmost care and diligence in keeping our web-shop. Nonetheless, errors and omissions cannot be completely obliterated. Such errors and omissions are no grounds for complaints.
Return
An immaculate article can be returned within ten days of purchase. Upon receiving the faultless article, we will pay back the purchase price, deducting 20% as a share of our operating expense.
Protection of Data
We will use all your data absolutely only for processing your order.
Being Online
We take no responsibility for damages occurring through using our site, online payment-systems or the internet at large.
Changes and Adjustments of these General Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change and adjust these general terms and conditions at any time.
Severability Clause
The unlawfulness or invalidity of one article does not render the rest of these general terms and conditions invalid.
Jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland. The Swiss law is applicable.
